PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment must be made no later than two (2) days prior to the scheduled course date to secure your booking. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your enrolment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made more than five (5) days prior to the course will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling to a later date.
Cancellations made within two (2) days of the course date are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within three to five (3-5) business days of the course date are 50% refundable.
In the event of non-attendance without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
COURSE RESCHEDULING
If you are unable to attend, we will endeavour to accommodate you in a future course. Please contact us at least five (5) days before the course to arrange rescheduling, subject to availability.
COURSE CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY US
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to attend the course on an alternative date.
SUBSTITUTIONS
If you are unable to attend the course, a substitute participant may attend in your place. Please notify us of any substitutions at least 24 hours before the course begins.
